  • CRA is a non-partisan, community-based organisation that advocates for a liveable and sustainable future for Caloundra and the surrounding 4551 suburbs.

    We provide a platform for residents to engage with local issues and influence decisions at all levels of government.

  • We actively monitor Council and other government projects, planning initiatives, and development proposals that impact our area.

    Our goal is to engage early with agencies and the community to help shape positive outcomes for Caloundra and surrounds.

    We host forums, support local initiatives, make formal submissions, and keep residents informed and involved every step of the way.

  • We focus on issues affecting the liveability of our community, now and for the future β€” including planning, transport, the environment, infrastructure, and community services.

  • CRA represents residents across the 4551 postcode, including Caloundra, Golden Beach, Pelican Waters, Aroona, Currimundi, Little Mountain, Kings Beach, Moffat Beach, Shelly Beach, and more.

  • Anyone who lives in or cares about the 4551 area is welcome.

    Membership is open to all ages, and we particularly encourage younger residents and newcomers to get involved.

    Membership is low-cost and helps strengthen our collective voice.

  • We hold our regular general meetings on the last Tuesday of each month.

    These are open to all members, and guests are welcome. Meeting details are shared on Facebook closer to the date.

    We encourage members to lead or get involved or support follow-up on issues they raise.

  • No. CRA is strictly apolitical. We work with all elected representatives and agencies regardless of political alignment, always focused on the issue, and always guided by what’s best for our community.
